Mother Teresa College of Elementary Education was founded at Sathupally during the 2012-13 academic year by a group of professionals and academicians of Sathupally town in Khammam Dist
It is only owning to their philanthropic endeavor that a large number of students, particularly girls, hailing from agrarian families have been saved from the trouble of going to distant places for a course in teacher education. The college is recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and has also been privileged to be approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) Sri G.JAYANNA, with over two decades of valuable experience and expertise in teacher educations is at the helm of academic and administrative affairs of the college up to september 2017.Later Staff selection committee selected composite Principal Dr. L.V.R. DEEKSHITULU, HOD and Six staff members on 08/10/2017.
Students enrolled in the college can see for themselves, the well equipped laboratories, adequately stocked library and a campus atmosphere that is conductive for learning, introspection and practice. It is our earnest hope that all students will utilize the available infrastructure and the pedagogical strengths of the college fully and will there by blossom in to mature, confident and capable teachers worthy of this noble profession.
The concerted efforts of Principal, Faculty and students in striving for academic excellence in the field of teacher education, have culminated in achievement of excellent result.
The college is situating in a sprawing, Lush Green campus on the outskirts of sathupally. The spacious college building and clam atmosphere is a boon for students to learn the D.El.Ed Programme.
